Tendering & Pricing Manager

Lead the entire government tendering process through the Etimad platform.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze government opportunities and projects in operations, maintenance, and cleaning.
  • Review technical specifications and bills of quantities (BOQ), and prepare complete technical proposals.
  • Prepare accurate pricing and estimates of direct and indirect costs to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
  • Fulfill submission and bank guarantee requirements, and follow up on bid openings and contract award procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • 4–6 years of practical experience in operations and maintenance pricing and tendering in Saudi Arabia.
  • Thorough proficiency in Etimad and knowledge of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and its regulations.

Business Development & Contract Sales Manager

Lead corporate sales and maximize operational efficiency in workforce deployment and utilization.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and qualify the company as an approved vendor with major companies, factories, and institutions.
  • Build direct relationships with procurement and HR managers to secure major, high-quality manpower supply contracts.
  • Plan the deployment of available workers to reduce idle time and improve productivity.
  • Manage the issuance and administration of service assignment and secondment contracts through official platforms, including Ajeer and Qiwa, in coordination with compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales and business development for manpower and operations services in Saudi Arabia.
  • A strong professional network and an active client portfolio in labor-intensive sectors.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

Logistics Operations & Fleet Manager

Build and operate the delivery and logistics network, with full responsibility for the field fleet.

Responsibilities & Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and qualify the company as an official logistics provider for leading delivery apps, such as Jahez, HungerStation, and Ninja.
  • Manage vehicle fleet operations, including rental contracts, transport authority permits, maintenance schedules, insurance, and downtime reduction.
  • Lead driver and delivery courier operations and monitor daily field performance and productivity.
  • Resolve operational and technical obstacles affecting drivers and vehicles to ensure continuous operations.

Requirements

  • University qualification in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing delivery fleets and last-mile operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of delivery app requirements and Transport General Authority regulations.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Urdu are an advantage.
